Wow! It’s been an intense few days at the ANA Masters of Marketing conference. I’ve never been to a conference where in a single day I cried for … not one, not two – but three presentations. Apparently Pampers commercials to the tune of Silent Night and Ally’s video on their “Banksgiving” really speak to me. What have I learned? It’s all about relationships, experiences, and using the data appropriately (transparently). Creatively connecting with the consumer is where we are today, and I look forward to taking the learnings to the promo world!
